General conditions

The hotel does not have any smoking rooms.

Smoking is allowed only outside the rooms on the balcony or terrace.

Pets are not allowed.

The price includes:
Total use of the room/suite and its facilities,
daily cleaning and change of towels,
internet,
internal parking.

The price does not include:
city tax: Euro 2.50 per person/day,
breakfast,
minibar/drinks,
baby cot: Euro 10.00 per day.

Important note:
Accommodation booked for a certain number of people must not be occupied by a higher number of persons.

Check-in: from 3:00 p.m.

Check-out: by 11:00 a.m.

Early arrival: you can leave your luggage at the reception before 3:00 p.m.

Reception: closes at 10:30 p.m. For late arrivals, please inform the reception (extra charges may apply).

• Free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival (by 11:59 p.m. on the third day before).
  Example: for an arrival on May 15, free cancellation is possible until May 11 at 11:59 p.m.
• 100% penalty for cancellations made within 3 days before arrival or in case of no show (failure to show up without notice).
• In case of a refund, a €10.00 commission will be retained for administrative costs.
• For reservations of more than two rooms or over €1,500.00, different conditions may apply. In case of online reservations, any new conditions will be communicated: if not accepted, the reservation will be cancelled without penalties.

Adults: from 12 years old and above.

Children: from 2 to 12 years old.

Infants: from 0 to 2 years old when sleeping in a cradle.
